CEO & Founder
3rd generation custom home builder with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. Dave co-founded K2 Environmental in 2002 and expanded NBE Property Restoration to become a leading remediation company in the Bay Area Wine Country. Founded SCB Builders in 2018 focusing on new construction and reconstruction.
Eric Keith
Vice President
Holds a degree in biology and is one of less than 10 people worldwide with the top three board certifications in the mold industry (CIEC, CMC, CMRS). Former Navy Reconnaissance Marine with 6 years of service. Brings discipline, integrity, and attention to detail to every project.
Mike Nunnally
COO
Seasoned professional who started his career at K2 Environmental. Worked as a manager at a Restoration Management Company before becoming a partner at NBE/SCB in 2018. Key player in the restoration division coordinating crews and operations.
KO Keith
Operations Manager
Oversees offices and operations including A/R, A/P, insurance, compliance, certifications, and marketing. Holds a degree in business with background in real estate, mortgage banking, construction, and PR.
Rick Robison
Foreman
With SCB Builders since 2015. Well-versed in all phases of construction including electrical, plumbing, and framing. Dedicated to delivering projects with utmost attention to detail and care.
Ben Castenada
Project Manager
Valued team member since 2019. Started as a laborer and worked up to become one of the top project managers. Dedicated to ensuring every project runs smoothly, stays within budget, and completes on time.
Logan Nunnally
Project Manager
Part of the SCB team since 2021. Started as a field lead on water, smoke, and mold mitigation jobs, now manages projects. Works closely with clients and oversees all work and subcontractors.
Johnny Kistenmacher
Lead Electrician
Joined the team in 2018 during the Tubbs wildfire response. Expertise in electrical work, plumbing, cabinetry, and finish carpentry. Ensures all project aspects are completed to the highest quality standards.
Beau Lessnau
Mitigation Manager
Leader of the Mitigation Department with extensive experience managing water loss, smoke damage, and mold remediation projects. Insurance specialist who helps clients navigate claims from start to finish.
