Custom New Home Construction. We build on flat and sloping lots throughout Sonoma County, from single-story ranch homes to multi-story custom estates. Our team has completed ground-up builds in Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Petaluma, Windsor, Sebastopol, Rohnert Park, Glen Ellen, and the surrounding wine country communities. We specialize in WUI (Wildland-Urban Interface) compliant construction — a critical requirement for homes built in or near Sonoma County's fire-prone hillsides. We also build accessory dwelling units (ADUs) and guest houses for clients looking to add housing on their existing property or comply with California's expanding ADU laws.

Our restoration team rebuilt more than 30 Sonoma County homes after the 2017 Tubbs Fire. Safe Rooms by XKaleber. We design and install custom safe rooms — reinforced spaces with ballistic wall panels, secure doors, and ventilation systems — for homeowners concerned about wildfire, home invasion, and natural disasters. Safe rooms can be integrated seamlessly into new construction or retrofitted into existing homes, with no visible change to the interior appearance.
